How Mavy Works

Mavy is a smart email assistant that helps you schedule meetings, send follow-ups, and manage your calendar.
It's like having a personal assistant at your fingertips,

Step 1

Mavy is CC'd in an email reply

Once setup, all you need to do is add Mavy (mavy@mavex.ai) to the CC field before hitting send. Mavy will handle the rest of back-and-forth involved in coordinating times for you.
In this case, Pankaj has copied Mavy on an email that he has sent to a user.

Step 2

Mavy presents time slots for the call

Right after Pankaj sent the email, Mavy automatically replies to the thread with a list of available slots.

Step 3

The time slot is confirmed

After reviewing the proposed time slots, Akust chooses a suitable time and replies to confirm the feedback call.

Step 4

The meeting has been scheduled

Mavy confirms meeting creation and sends an invitation to Akust & Pankaj. Any further changes to the meeting details can be made by emailing Mavy on the thread.
